Terms

These terms apply to journeys and dispositions by Best Group Transport, Zurich, unless something else is agreed in writing.

Request and contract

A request through the website or WhatsApp is without obligation. The contract is formed when Best Group Transport confirms the journey, including vehicle, time and price.

Service

We provide the vehicle and chauffeur for the agreed transfer. In cases of force majeure, road closure or a security situation, the route may be adjusted. The named vehicle may be replaced by an equivalent class.

Duties of passengers

• Arriving on time at the agreed place
• Details of luggage and passengers that match the booking
• No conduct that endangers the chauffeur, the vehicle or other guests

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are stated with the confirmation. Short-notice cancellations and no-shows may be charged if the vehicle was already dispatched.

Law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, where permitted.
